To accomplish your long term goal, I suggest that you focus on getting good at one or more of the following ways to find leads on low cost properties, and go to work:  Direct mail, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO, bandit signs, and networking with connected people (like REO Agents, Wholesalers, Probate Attorneys, FedEx Drivers, Etc.).

The user interface is less important than the content and search engine optimization of your site.So choose whatever system you feel comfortable with that gives you a reasonable amount of control over the content and meta data, and focus your efforts on SEO so that you actually get some traffic to the site from which to capture leads.
