Denver Metro Area Investor

Hello BiggerPockets community! After rehabbing two properties while living in them, I'm looking to purchase my first investment property and start growing my real estate investment business. Bearing in mind that the real estate market in the Denver Metro Area is hot, I'll need all the help I can get and BiggerPockets seems like an excellent resource and community for getting feedback and guidance in a tight market.

My long-term goals are to use flips to fund a strong portfolio of cash-flowing buy-and-hold properties to support financial independence, early retirement, and a comfortable lifestyle.

Interested to see what other Denver investors are seeing in the market for flips and rentals!

@Alex Velasco welcome. Basically the market is very tight with low inventory. It's extremely competitive to find flips and there are only a few small pockets where rentals make any economic sense.  You can search the old posts and see discussion on these items.
