The bank may have it's own internal reasons for not completing a foreclosure action right now that could involve other liens on title or it could be rooted in the neighbors speculation that the DOT paperwork is defective.

I've found out what a Radon mitigation system looks like and how they work, and I now know how to check for mold.The 2 big things the inspector found that I hadn't counted on were mold (lots of it) and the root cause of the mold which was a bad part of the foundation which was causing water to enter the basement.

The main thing is to find the root cause of the leak and get that corrected.Is there an attic between the roof and living space?

For some reason people love to plant trees right on top of sewer lines and the rubber gaskets in the cast iron pipe hubs decay over time and the tree roots find their way inside.

I would want 40 years or root of title for condos whichever is less (most condos will only be root of title).

My wife will root for my Falcons as we have never won it if we make it there.If it's just the Pats in there and not the Falcons we will root for them.

A lot of plantings were put in when the house was new and now are over grown for the spot where they are and roots can be pushing against the foundation or causing water penetration.We will repair outside decks, porches, patios, etc, but usually don't build a new one of those.
