Hello, i am new to to BP and have already spent hours reading thru the forums!
alot of great inforamtion, i have 20 years construction experience from custom homebuilding to commercial, hospitality,retail, and multi unit renovations working in areas from Boston to NYC. and most recently getting into real estate investing, primarly flipping sfr, and next year possible buy and hold rentals.
