The Little Flower neighborhood is located just North of Irvington and is also a historic neighborhood that has seen some attention. 

Sorry, I don't have a recommendation, I tore out all landscaping and put small pebbles and cactus in place of grass and flowers. 

They will never sour relations with others in your in extended family.They will never use social media to be vindictive or manipulative.They will always be perfect model tenants.They will always love and appreciate you.They will always do whatever it takes to get your rent before asking you to give them some more time.They will always treat your rental as if it were a precious flower.

Just before leaving for a weekend getaway on this past Thursday I had just gotten home from work and when I pulled into my driveway at the bottom where I have all 3 mailboxes within a nice landscaped bed of mulch, shrubs and flowers as well as a plaq for the address there was a big pile of brush thrown literally right ontop of it all.

I've found a few potential cash-flowing properties in Little Flower, and I'm trying to educate myself about the area.

They are nice people that actually help me around the yard, bring flowers for the front of the house etc. 

I would not pay any attention to her comments, IMO, they're unreasonable.Keep an eye on future comments, and maybe try to add some inexpensive amenities like a Keurig, wine or flowers....?

Do some light staging as well (maybe some flowers on a table, nice soap dispenser and trendy towel in the bathroom, etc). 

Your dogs name, a flower you like, your favorite color... it really doesn't matter.
