Landscaping Cost - am I being robbed?

Ryan Reed
Posted

Hi all - I have a SFH with a modest yard, mostly well-mulched and with native plants that are drought-friendly. I recently found out that my PM company approved a $150/month landscaping service, which I am struggling to understand the value of. I currently live about 3 hours outside of SD, and am considering spending a weekend day each month just to drive there and do it myself, if that's the average cost.

Curious to know what other people are paying and what service they are getting.
