There are so many decisions to make when rehabbing or choosing tenants, hiring and firing contractors, choosing ceiling fixtures and coming up with more money when the unexpected happens.

The first week I told my landlord that the kitchen ceiling light fluttered, flickered, stayed off, suddenly turned on, etc.   

Houses that look very similar on paper (same neighborhood, style, square footage, year built, beds and baths) can have very different market values depending on things like interior light, flow, ceiling height, privacy, yard space, neighbors, curb appeal, master bedroom size, kitchen counter and cupboard space, parking options, driveway slope, proximity to noise or businesses, parks, schools, etc. - to name just a few things. 

It only misses the ceiling height requirement.

BP CT Family,There is a multi family I am interested in buying and after a walk through today found extensive mold in the middle unit around the walls and ceiling throughout the entire unit.

look at the ceiling, see any holes?
