We are interested in properties spanning east to west from cape may county to burlington county.

It is located in Wildwood, New Jersey, Cape May County.  

John,  and the other four in MI, Cape Canaveral, Rockledge and Titusville. 

We started the rehab in February and were ready to begin marketing the middle of March, and achieved 35% occupancy by the end of May - time to start phase-2.I might add we were in the black (paying the bills and mortgage payments at 25% occupancyPhase-2 was more of phase-1 but without the parking lot rehab.

I asked if they see any black growth on the spot where the leak happened, or any odor in the room, but they said both those things are not present.They are saying they are concerned and not very happy right now, and are hiring a mold inspector on their own to see if there is mold growth that happened due to the roof leak.
