I heard of them first from their YouTube series where they collaborated with BP to assist an OOS invest in a rental property sight unseen.

Google "skip tracing" and hire a virtual assistant or call center to start dialing any property that last transacted for under a certain price point.

When the former homeowner dies, or leaves the property to live in assisted living/nursing home, I take possession of the property.
