The community has been incredibly supportive, and we are excited to continue learning and growing.I recently joined BP, and I am hopeful this will be the beginning of something great.

Join a community - I am part of 3 communities - they help you grow & are there when you need something.

Also, join STR/AirBNB groups on social media. 

I’ve join a brokerage not too long ago and learned how to cold call.

I am an Investor Agent in the Tampa Florida area and I found joining local REI groups through Meetup.com and Facebook. 

As for the nextdoor app, I joined the neighborhood where I bought my last property (Woodmere) and neighborhood lead was saying my account was going to be deleted because I don't live in the neighborhood, but I showed him the nextdoor app rules and that was the end.
