I have a house that rents around $1500 a mount as a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house.

Most likely going to only have upper cabinets on the right side of the kitchen and have a wall mounted range hood.

I have ordered 1.75 GPM Sava Fixed-Mount showerhead off Amazon for $11.

I doubt that the top mount sink made a difference..

I bought LEDs from https://www.lightup.com/  But their sensors are crap, they don't mount to US junction boxes, so look elsewhere for sensors.

Mount Pleasant WI will continue to thrive, as it was doing well long before Foxconn showed up.  

I also have a couple 10k btu tank top propane construction heaters to get heat into a space in an emergency if a heating system is out as well as some natural gas wall mounted units I could put in a house in a pinch if a boiler died for example.

My opinion is folks will start moving the the north part of town (not in Birmingham city proper) such as Gardendale, Fultondale, Morris, Mount Olive, Kimberly, and Warrior.
