Just bought a single family House that we are going to rehab  and rent out after complete.

After demoing the kitchen this weekend we are trying to decide what to go with in the kitchen.  I will post of couple picture of the layout of the kitchen (before demo, after demo, prospective plans).

Most likely going to only have upper cabinets on the right side of the kitchen and have a wall mounted range hood. (doing that will save $750 of cabinets cost

Do you think that would be  enough cabinets for a rental?

What color do you guys prefer for your rentals?

These cabinets have been quoted right now are plywood construction and maple faces in color with slow close, drawers and doors.

only looking at $2k for these if we don't go with the left uppers.

What color appliances hold up the best for your rentals? (new stainless, slate? or just plain white)

What works best  for counter top's,

t

o hold up to in your rentals?

Thanks for your opinions!
