My new property manager tried contacting them, in which they badmouthed me, lied about the property that it floods all the time (neighbors say the property hasn't flooded for as long as they can remember +15years (as we are the highest point of the street), and stated that I am unpleasable.

. - As far as listing properties, I would suggest Zillow Rental Manager, but you might also consider other sources as well as posting a sign on the front yard - although I typically DO NOT do that because I'd rather get someone that is used to working electronically and I also don't want to draw unwanted attention to the house/property.Hope this helps give you some ideas.
