Definitely not saying there’s not money to be made but I would expect it to be a roller coaster ride.

Some of the areas can just be covered with a roller, but other darker areas can't and require multiple coats and if the area has a higher gloss paint (doors, closets), the entire area needs to be repainted for it to look normal. 

Some of my units now have both mini blinds inside the window bay, and pre-installed brackets about 4" higher for additional curtains if they want that.I am looking at IKEA's roller blinds recently and wonder if this would be a good idea for a rental. 

That way you don't get any paint on it.What works best is to take the roller cover off of the roller and drop it into the paint.

Again, all of this is normal, wholesaling with zero intent to buy though, I would imagine in any state is more or less skating by on the technicalities regarding contracts.

You can use a brush on the cabinet boxes and mini foam rollers for the doors and sides.

You might have to use a ladder to get high enough to spray the "trolley" that moves on the central track near the ceiling, but all other moving parts - rollers and hinges mainly - can be sprayed from the ground.
