Noisy garage door

It has starting squeaking and grumbling, so much that we are afraid if the neighbors will complain of the sound. Greasing the door may solve the problem but since I ain't much of a DIYer I am not sure of the process. This one is Avante garage doors, I hope the process is same for all kind of doors.

i use garage door lubricant from lowes or home depot
