We use Streamline which is a legacy provider but it is cumbersome and designed for larger scale PM operations (trust accounting, owner portals, etc etc).Just a few integrations we use: Lynx (locks), BookingPal (channel manager), EZCare (HK/Maint Ops), RevMax (Pricing) - There are more, thats off the top of my head. 

Also, a heads up that a typical loan assumption will take 60 - 90 days on average, so be prepared for a long closing period.In our current market we have seen home values decline since 2020/2021/2022 so there may be some motivated sellers out there who need to sell but their loan is now greater than or equal to the value of their home. 

If you have a rental that is in super high demand then you definitely don't need them because it will rent out regardless.I'm sure I missed something but that is just off the top of my head.
