Plus, if you end up with teenagers, it would be nice to have them and their loud friends and music over the garage, too, lol.

I am however thinking of looking into putting a ban clause in place now as, I now have tenants with kids, or teenagers, who are shooting BB guns off on the property and shooting out windows and lights on my property.
