I got this email for the nice family I showed the house to last night (husband, wife, 12 year old son (very introverted so hopefully not a let's-punch-through-the-walls teenager) and 2 year old daughter)"Good Evening: My name is ... and we had the pleasure of viewing your property for rent yesterday evening.

Or, as I recall from personal experience, teenagers spraying each other across the room and getting the walls and floor wet.

The prospect tenant is a single mom living with 2 teenagers.

New tenant moves in and she calls to complain the teenage boys are being too loud playing basketball at 2PM on a Sunday afternoon!

Sigh...we wanted to use that car to train our teenager to drive this year.

In my hometown in Waianae Hawaii, 80% of the population receive some sort of government assistance such as food stamps or section 8 housing. 80% of teenage girls become single moms.

Plus, if you end up with teenagers, it would be nice to have them and their loud friends and music over the garage, too, lol.  

I noticed the water bill for my rentals was much lower and assumed my family was being wasteful (damn teenagers!)
