Update :Received the test result of 3 samples the asbestor inspector send for inspections and the result came back that there is no presence of asbestos.

I have found many insurance agents don't quite understand flood insurance, only shop one option either government or private flood and are writing policies incorrectly (I offer a free review of anyone's policy) I just want to make sure everyone that needs flood is covered as best they can so when they GOD forbid have to file a claim they don't discover that the policy was not exactly what they thought they had.

A lot of companies have their main offices here in the Phoenix area which is pushing a god amount of growth so occupation will vary but be median to higher income.Phoenix is very landlord friendly.You can accomplish the 1% rule in most to any market in this area in my opinion.The are areas that have smaller multi family but many bigger multi family being built.

@Jason DiClementeLet me rephrase that; a new LLC for each contract.The strategy behind that is separating all of your assets under different names so that, god forbid, if someone were to sue you they could only seize the assets under that name.It's protecting all of your other assets essentially.
