Sacramento flood insurance

Hello,

   I want to get my calculations as correct as possible for determining possible cash flow.  I've been told that flood insurance can be a little or a lot depending on where you are in Sac.  I looked at the floodplane images and it seems that Sac north of the river has mandatory insurance and most of the rest is optional but I'm not getting any specifics on rates.

Does anyone have information on flood insurance costs for the area?

Thanks

@Kevin Crawford

When trying to determine flood insurance rates in Sacramento, your best bet is to call your insurance agent with property address and tell them you're considering buying it and want to get an insurance quote from them for the property. Piece of cake and pretty much 100% accurate.
