But from my research, you can not disqualify someone for drugs or alcohol felonies because it is considered a "mental health disorder" You can always find another reason not to rent that doesn't have anything to do with that. :)

@Lucas Carl The only tenant I ever had that rose to that level of crazy was NPD (narcissistic personality disorder); he actually told me that-- and I believe it because he had all the symptoms.
