I like both of these guys, however drugs at work... more than a huge red flag.

@Arlen Chou I would say that you perfectly described the Rent Control "drug" that tenants are happily taking.

As a criminal defense attorney, I do agree that the majority of my clients, especially in drug cases, are African American or Hispanic but I do not agree with HUD. 

Breaking the lease could be domestic violence with the tenant ,disrespect to security or drug and alcohol issues so really anything we felt was inappropriate and the police would enforce it we could call them and say that an individual was tresspassing.

I know it used to be a pretty bad area, with a lot of drug use.  

If they are caught with drugs somewhere off the premises, I will evict.I would contact the police and try to find out if any stolen goods were recovered.

Drug dealers are on every corner.  

As much as i hate to, if F4F doesn't call me tomarrow by noon i will go to my awesome bank- but still a bank and hope they will give me the credit I need to secure this place and begin participating in this amazing market, and no more rationing food by the 15th of the month while my wife Drs. hound her for higher protein in her diet.  

I've been on strict diet since August and have already lost close to 30 pounds and almost at my target weight.
