Buying a turn key business is simply my way of "getting" a better paying job for myself and look for REI opportunities as I would be a bit more flexible than now working for a corporation.

All rented except the one in New Orleans that I use as a second home and place for my parents when they are in the US.My job in Europe has now ended and I am in a state of transition--don't really want to return to the corporate world, but think I may have to.

They have relationships of varying formality with local corporations to place their transferring employees. 

Also the roof and parking lots take a beating and tend to wear out faster from the cold,snow,etc.For lease guarantor you would want the corporation as well as a personal guarantee on the lease.

They said if I form an LLC / Corporation then they will open a business account for me.

Hi, l've been keeping an eye on Forsyth county as I'm liking the general positive signs of its growing population, good schools, lower taxes, close to corporate companies in the Alpharetta area...

I remember the year i switched from my corporate job at Exxon to being a "real estate professional" i wrote off over $100k in AGI in rental losses and depreciation.I got a huge tax refund that year and it was awesome! 

As a new investor I see a lot of articles about different kinds of corporations people can start to house their real estate business.
