The only down side is that it can take a few days for it to credit to your bank account when you transfer the money from PayPal.Another option I learned about, is a rent pay service, which will also report the tenants' rent payments to the credit bureaus. 

You might have more luck with one of the landlord collection agencies, which report to all three bureaus.

Some of the landlord collection agencies have really cheap options like a one-time fee of around $20 to send one collection letter and then they also report the debt to all three credit bureaus. 

It's worth the money to get as much info as you can.For rent payment services, I love the idea of the ones that report rent payments to the bureaus.  

One of these days we'll see that credit worthiness, at least in the eyes of credit bureaus, isn't that accurate for some people.  

The bureaus have their own internal scores, and then there are FICO scores.

One issue that you'll see with Foreign Exchange students is you won't be able to pull official screening reports most of the time, since the big credit bureaus require a SS#. 

No matter what I do I can't seem to get this information of my report because it doesn't show on any of the 3 major bureaus.
