How can I set up automatic debit or credit card pmt set up with tenants?

I wanted to consider setting up / offering a service to my tenants so that they can pay online. How can I set this up? would I use Paypal/ Stripe for this and pay a service fee?

Can I have tenants pay rent with a credit card? using paypal also? or do I have to set up another merchant credit acct somehow?

How can I set up an automatic ACH debit with them? if they agree and sign a form - I want to take the rent amount directly out of their checking account / or charge their credit card on 1st of each month..... almost like what insurance agencies do or mortgage companies. Please help if you know of good softwares/websites/ services to set this up !Thanks all!
