Need Your Feedback - An Alternative and Effective Judgment Collection Method

I would like to get your feedback on an alternative and somewhat cost effective solution that has proven to be effective for years in collecting from bad debtors. Its called 'Naming and Shaming". To make it legally correct, If you have a public judgment an online company will  provide a service that advertise public information on your debtor by using social media. Its perfectly legal and for future due diligence purposes, they leave a copy of the judgment posted indefinitely along with the individuals name, state and city and or company and shareholders name posted on the website until they either(1) contact the creditor to work out a payment arrangement (2) come out of hiding to allow the creditor to gather more information to help serve them with additional paperwork or locate assets or ( 3 ) pay their debt in full
