I joined bigger pockets a while back but had to focus on paying my way through school and passing a dual major in Chemical Engineering and Paper Science Engineering.

Got it down to a science pretty much.We have a station in a closet with 3 sets organized ready to go and a cleaning bucket with spray, wipes, dusting cloth, windex, etc.STR turnover averages maybe every 3 days.

I've been looking at all of the different programs out there and its challenging just to determine fact fron fiction.

Building science is something that changes often and there are always many new things to learn and stay up to date on. 

It's not rocket science.

Of course DOING it is another thing, but... it isn't rocket science.

You have a $145k-$150k house that you paid $140k for, this isn't rocket science.

Don't try to make rehabbing a science.
