However, IMO there's a lot of what you do that could be scaled down for the average mortal, and help produce more deals and more profits.  

I realize that this is how the industry operates and they pay out based on mortality tables etc... but the family feels they were treated unfairly. 

Heart Disease is a PERFECT example of the hypocrisy going on, we allow people to make poor health decisions for themselves, even those all but guaranteed to lead to serious health problems and/or death YET we deny persons the right of choice as as informed adults to make same choice on getting sick from a disease with "as high as" 1% mortality rate......

Overall, the risk of vaccination is much lower than the risk of COVID, as we are finding more and more long term damage from the virus that will have untold effects on many people for years to come (not to mention the high mortality rate in certain demographic groups).

The experts can't do it, why do you think us mortals can.The only exception is to have a colleague who is experienced in investing that will joint venture with you and he will run the property.
