To become a millionaire just buy more houses, at a bigger discount (65% ARV)....make sure they cash flow...and hold onto them for a long time...Also do a lot of subject-to's so you aren't putting any money into the deal.What you ment by 65% ARV.

By complaints I ment neighbors or police calling to complain about them not that there was a leak under the sink.So far we have done this with wonderful success.We us US bank and they have a credit union and it was no problem to set up.For those freaking out about the reduction of cash flow please no hate mail.

So no matter what the appraisel comes thru as, fortress would only get 75 percent of that, even if that ment losing money on the deal?
