I found it very easy to set up and it's also very intuitive.

While it is possible to find the latter, keep a high guard up with your intuition to screen and pay attention to more details.

Talk to some sales people and advisors from a payroll service such as Intuit or ADP, etc...

Having a solid intuition is valuable, but it should never be relied upon without first doing comprehensive data analysis.

guesty is great if you have 40+ properties and want to invest your time in their customizations. hostaway can handle hundreds before it breaks, or leaves you wanting more visibility, but at that point you can build whatever is missing on upwork I did the demo call with Hostaway the other day and it seems nice as a slightly less feature filled but maybe more intuitive alternative to Ownerrez. 

For the right market this could be good.It would have to be intuitive for the user.in general, I’m not that interested in fad type amenities that don’t have mass appeal and add to the property value in general.

I know many are drunk on ai, but fact is a good experienced agent is still 10X smarter and more intuitive than anything ai can offer.     

I think doing another bath is likely not the right move - I tend to let numbers be my first data point and then my intuition.
