I'm paraphrasing, but Henry Ford once said if he asked what users wanted they would have told him a faster horse. He build a car instead. To truly disrupt an industry, you need to think of something no one else has thought of. A "better/cheaper" crm, deal analyzer, or lead gen platform I don't think will move the needle for anyone.
