Hey @Barrington Smith that’s going to be a somewhat tough task, and it comes back to basic principles of those who crush fields:


-the guy who does great work often values his time a lot and won’t give a free estimate

-the guy who is hurting for work often will.  

While it is possible to find the latter, keep a high guard up with your intuition to screen and pay attention to more details.  You may be saving money short term, but it does not mean you’re increasing your long term expected yields.  Best of luck, sorry I don’t have one for you on this!
