Although this first property became very successful, I was unhappy with this achievement and craved for more.

It's always nice to see more young investors with a craving for real estate.

As of now, I'm still pretty much blindly reading posts with no major sense of direction however I'm definitely soaking in some meaningful knowledge.On an unrelated note, ironically I began a fitness journey beginning of this year and this is the first time in my life I've been consistently craving going to the gym!

In the same way that my body still craves fats and sugars always, even though a glance at my waistline shows that it is not necessary to store up quickly-accessible energy, our minds and bodies do things to protect us even at a cost of our immediate thrival, and even when that need is outlivedThus my assertion that the primary reason that the masses don't clamor to all the locations that supposedly have a great ROI and few investors  is because the lack of "publicity leaders" who invest there seems to imply that there's something wrong with the market.  

I crave knowledge! 

I crave even more independence and retention of commissions than what I have with one of the lowest split big name brokerages.
