New BP member - Kent, WA

Hi everyone!

It's a pleasure to introduce myself on here. My name is Teddie and I recently moved back to the Kent area from Vancouver, WA. I'm very new to the Real Estate industry and Bigger Pockets, I was introduced to this back in September by my good friends Steven Mak and Rapy Narruhn. Since then I've been in and out of reading the forums and listening to the podcasts until I finally was inspired enough and decided to introduce myself.

By trade, I am an IT professional working in the Redmond area but with regards to Real Estate I am interested in learning about house flipping/wholesaling as well as more into the BRRRR method. My end goal (for now is a pretty general statement) would be to earn financial independence through Real Estate, however in the mean time I would love an opportunity to network and learn from those of you who are more seasoned than I am.
