@Jordan MoorheadI have looked into Killeen, the reason I avoid it is due to the murder rate and burglary’s.

I don't know if that was true in 2020 but I am truly not sure if the PM could have done anything differently to make the properties perform better (i.e. they can't predict a burglary or stop rain/flooding in basement). 

Crime insurance policy at an affordable cost will protect Tenant against loss resulting from robbery or burglary of Tenant's apartment.

He got away with it for a while, until he went to jail for breaking and entering or burglary, something like that.   

Crime Rate: I'm a little concerned in what I’ve heard that crime (burglary) is common.

I explain that my property insurance doesn't cover their liability or their belongings in case of burglary, fire, flood, etc.

Crime stats and reports are above average with burglary and smash-and-grabs at the top of the list.

Also, unfortunately drug use is a problem in that area, which brings burglary, theft and other issues.
