This Newbie Needs Advice
Hey guys,
My wife and I are 24 years old and grew up in Austin TX. This city is way too expensive for us to even look for properties in. The best lender I've found approved is for a 120K FHA loan. We've been looking into temple and other surrounding areas but the competition is intense. We would prefer a MF property but would settle for SF. The biggest problem we face is not being able to move too far away because I'm approved based on my job. So looking about an hour to hour thirty outside of Austin. If you have any suggestions please don't hold back!
Thanks guys!

@Truman Anderson if speed if your primary aim, you could look to partner with someone with capital for an investment.
If time is on your side then live lean. Hustle with work and save as much as you can towards reserves for opportunities/down payment/ etc.
