Holding Land in Allodial Title

Completely off topic,

Does anyone know a person who holds land in Allodial Title? According to "google", Texas and Nevada are the only states that grand "limited" allodial title with provisions. I know this means that you basically are the lord of your land, no property taxes etc. Or if you have any information to share regarding the process, the term, or even your opinions are welcomed!

Why Do I Ask:

Recently, my friend became a Moorish American National, if I remember correctly. Now he doesn't have to pay child-support, he can buy land free and clear with complete ownership and the whole nine-yards.

I just thought this would be an interesting topic to discuss on Bigger Pockets!
