Having played NCAA Lacrosse for 4 years with the team, I saw there was no landlords that the team/ athletics would go to for their college living.

Secondary impact: Uber drivers, insurance companies, delivery services, dry cleaners, retail, yoga studios, performers / athletes, manufacturing, housing, construction and by proxy the entire economy.

This is also our busy season with athletics, events, graduations & weddings on the horizon, and so this could not have come at a worse time for us also. 

I am Victor Robinson (most people just call me Vic) and I am a college student/athlete and have been learning about investing in real estate for some months now.

It seems smaller schools athletic people are letting go people.
