Covid-19 Commercial Landlord Communications

Here's a simple message sent to our Commercial Tenants of a large Wellness Center that's currently shut down due to covid.  This accompanied their monthly lease invoice:

Greetings XXXXX Tenant,

As we all continue to navigate this unique season, we want to again thank each of you for your dedication to your business, the Stoughton Wellness and Athletic Center and the Stoughton Community. We recognize this is a challenging time for businesses, and quite frankly, are in a similar boat.
With that said, attached is your May 1st invoice. We understand that each of your businesses is unique and experiencing the covid-19 pandemic differently. If you have not begun applications for relief funding, here is the link for the SBA. You'll notice that relief can be directed toward rent.
In the event your business is experiencing financial hardship, even with relief, we encourage you to reach out. We are happy to discuss options and genuinely want to work with you to ensure we're all collaborating in an honest and respectful manner.

Warmly,

SWAC LLC & LTR Investments
