Hello Everyone! I am Victor Robinson (most people just call me Vic) and I am a college student/athlete and have been learning about investing in real estate for some months now. Due to my lack of capital, I have looked towards wholesaling in order to get my foot in the door and to build capita in order to pursue more lucrative deals and acquire properties of my own. I am located in the Richmond/Hampton Roads area and am currently attempting to build a buyers list. Any feedback and/or advice for this rookie is greatly appreciated!
