If they had followed our policy, you might already have possession of your unit.

I don’t actually know about such situations, as I’d think it useless to file a Stay of the Writ of Possession at that time… This is way above my limited knowledge.

If the judge already granted possession then you need to file a writ to have the sheriff come out and remove her.

If you are going under contract you should have the ability to close, even if you don't possess the intent.

Termination of Tenant’s possession rights or a later reletting doesn’t release Tenant from liability for future rent or other Lease obligations.

They will say you didn't read the fine print even you tell them that you have no loan contract in your possession.

Never give them money until they are out, they are handing you the keys, the place is broom swept, and free of all of their possessions.
