By interviewing your investment team, you can identify this segment and the properties they are currently renting.Buy PropertiesOnce you identify the tenant segment you want to occupy your property and know what they currently rent, all you have to do is buy similar properties.

In fact, New Jersey law prohibits you from listing personal identifiers on the form. 

BRRRR all comes down to finding the right distressed properties at the right price, then identifying the right long term financing.

@Jadan WilliamsIf I were in your shoes, I’d start by clearly defining my investment goals and identifying target markets with strong job growth, population increases, and development potential.

If they refuse to cooperate and you can clearly identify breaches in the management contract, file a complaint with your states real estate commission.

I have not selected a specific property yet, but want to at least identify my potential investors.

If you want appreciation, identify markets with expanding industries, positive growth trends, and bright economic forecasts.
