SSN for tenant

I have an inherited tenant that is behind on rent. We have to file the paperwork for the DC complaint. I’m trying to find a way to get her SSN, any service that provides the SSN search?

There was a time when SSN's were routinely disclosed on our rental applications.  Then laws changed and SSN's became our IDs and we could no longer typically ask for them in my area as a landlord.
