I’m sure these questions already exist in thousands of other posts, but I wanted to make my first post on here as part of the switch in my mind from “I want to be a real estate investor” to “I AM going to be a real estate investor.”

I don't do them but if I was going to , I would make sure the numbers work on a normal rental basis first and then ride the air bnb train for as long as the market allows full well knowing the B plan works too.

My advice to is to continue doing real estate, as that seems to be where your interest long term, but also get back into another job until the time is right to go “all in” to the real estate arena.
