I am looking for a washer/drying (for clothes not dishes) that are designed to be installed in a kitchen under the cabinets.I know this is VERY unusual for Canada which is why I am having a hard time finding such a thing, but it is very common in Europe and Asia.I have a very small apartment with no washer/dryer and the cost to run the plumbing and electric is prohibitive so if I can fit one under the kitchen counters next to the sink it would make my life much easier.Anyone know of a model available in Canada?

( and I wish i new how to post pictures on a website) we are 8 40 yard dumpsters and we can now just see the house... all of these the houses are beyond salvage.. all of them took a decade or longer to become this way.the folks living in them just ruin their asset.. we buy these at HUGE discounts to market.. as they are lot value MINUS demo cost then some.

David Faulkner yes, I considered that and had my own technician go out and look at washer, and she told him specifically that it was not "spinning" but had told me it wasn't "washing the clothes right".As for the dishwasher she's claiming that it's "not drying the dishes".
