How can I finally start?

Hello I'm having trouble starting wholesaling I have been to countless seminars, read books, and study online articles on wholesaling real estate. I'm stuck in the same position every time. I'm a single father of twins I'm 22yrs old and I wash dishes as a job and don't have enough money coming in to hire a mentor or to join those expensive courses they offer after the seminars. I'm backed up in the corner I'm not a quitter and I wont Quit but how long does it have to be before I start? Do I need to look for a mentor or anybody with experience to start?... I know my credit isn't all that good to get loans from banks. I'm stuck and don't know what else to do. I will continue to read books and go to seminars and hopefully I'll find my break. Is there any advice anyone can tell me so I can get out in the field, Quit my job and enjoy life. Please I will appreciate any advice. Thank you

Never pay for expensive mentoring, no matter how much money you make
