There are many authors out there who make it seem very easy and glamorous, but there are some harsh realities when it comes to REI, and these guys do their readers a favor by pointing it out.

I mentioned farmland, prime farmland with a good water source, land that was not denuded by modern chemical farming, land that was near population centers (who are you going to sell to?)

Even if this chemical/tab/whatever actually does reduce the heat required for a combustion, there is no benefit to that for a diesel engine.

there are plenty of horror stories just on this forum about previous owners that received short sales staying in the house...i wouldn't let them stay...sorry to sound harsh, but it can really come back to bite you..this is business unfortunately..

The Home Depot carries flappers that are supposed to be more resistant to the tank chemicals, and just a couple of dollars more.

This is a REAL business and it takes real capital like most other businesses.I don't mean to sound harsh but it upsets me when people think it's ok to gamble with other peoples home/shelter.
