@Matt OwenHere's were your physically going to have to go down to the county court house: 1215 Truxton Ave. 1st Floor.With the decedents case number to access the file, everything pertaining to the property will be displayed: NOD, NOT, current appraisal of the property, creditor claims etc...If there is a medical claim depending how large it is, this is going to have to paid as well.

I would only add that you should always check that the listing is directly listed by a licensed (in your state) broker (license should be displayed on the site) and that it is not a referral service that will gather your property info and resell it to a local Broker in your area.
