If you've already got the initial purchase agreement signed, then another option is to just have a notary go to the prison when it's time to have the final paperwork signed at closing and get his notarized signatures on the final documents.

The only thing I would add is do a Memorandum of Contract with the Seller and get it notarized and take that along with your contract down to your county or have your county file it.

Good afternoon all,I am an out-of-state investor with properties in Winnebago County - I need to serve 5 day notices to several tenants and I understand from reading 735 ILCS 5/9-211 that we can serve this via Certified Mail with return receipt requested -- my question is related to the affadavit of service -- does this need to be filled out/notarized if I have a completed/signed return receipt stating the letter was delivered and served?

not lender does that.and or making big emphasis that things are notarized.. that's simply not a big dealreality is there are 2 or 3 reputable HML in Honolulu and I turned Conventus on that market a few years ago and they do loans there and their rates are about as good as you can get.. but NO 100% no one does that
