Looking for guidance buying a home with the owner in jail.
The owner of this particular property is in Federal prison. His wife is still alive, but not on the deed, and is communicating on his behalf. Is it easier to have her obtain POA to complete this sale or continue having her be the intermediary and sending documents back and forth? What's the most efficient way to get this done?
